The defensive power of a society can't be
Summarized in its military power. The combination of military, political, economic, social, culture, technology and geographical
power creates the military power of a society. Many strategigists believe that
the ultimate crierion of national and defensive power is military powerness. Considering the
present Limitaions in the abilities if our country and the diversity of the
threats and triks of its enemies,It seems that the
most suitable pattern for codifying the defense strategy of the Islamic
Republic of Iran in the military sphere is the combined pattern (goal oriented, power oriented, threat
oriented).The aim of this paper is to
develop superior power
and defense strategies in the field of culture based on 1404 Solar and
to consider the factors and the indices associated with it. Themethodused in the present paper is descriptive and
inferential method. Statistical society includes
experts and professionals in defensive and cultural affairs and also among the
intended statistical society, 30 experts have been chosen as the sample size. Accordingly,
with the use of SWOT method, and based on the internal and external context in
our country, each of strengths and weakness points, threats and opportunities
were identified and the adequate strategies have been chosen and also, the prioritization of strategies has been done using TOPSIS
method, and finally seven top strategies have been chosen in the field of
culture.
